A great fish batter recipe..
Fish Batter Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup cold Water
- juice of 1 Lemon, strained
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add liquid ingredients. Stir until smooth. This fish batter recipe makes sufficient amount for two pounds of fish fillets. Nice tasting fish batter recipe !
