Deep Fat Fry Fish Batter Recipe
Ingredients
* 3/4 to 1 c. flour
* 2 teaspoon dill weed
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 tbsp. vinegar
* 3/4 c. water
Instructions
1.First of all dry fish fillets with paper towels. And the mix flour, dill week and salt together. Add in baking soda and vinegar. Add in water till right consistency to dip fish fillets. Deep fat fry as usual...very crispy ! Enjoy it !

Fish Batter Ingredients:
Fish Batter Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except flour; blend well. Dip fish or seafood in egg batter, then roll in flour. Fry in moderately hot oil until golden brown. If oil is too hot, batter will burn. Strip fish into thin strips before dipping in batter. Makes enough batter for approximately 6 servings. Enjoy the fish batter..crispy !

Oriental Fry Fish Batter
Ingredients :
Fish Batter Mix:
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp fresh Ginger, crushed in press or grated
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Sherry
Mix honey, lemon juice, sherry and ginger together and marinate shrimp, halibut, or scallops for at least 15 minutes. Mix eggs, salt, garlic, flour, cornstarch, and milk to make a smooth batter. Fry dipped pieces in peanut oil until light brown.
Option: Cool fried pieces after frying, then refrigerate, if desired, and later redip in batter, refry until golden brown. Even crunchier, and great as appetizers for a party that you can prepare ahead and still serve hot at the last minute. It makes enough batter for 1 lb of shrimp, halibut, or scallops.

FISH BATTER INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon MSG (optional)
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 cups water
First of all combine fish batter ingredients and mix until smooth with electric mixer. Make 24 hours in advance and refrigerate for best results.To use, dust 4 pounds fish fillets in flour and shake off excess. Dip
fish fillet one at a time in batter. Deep fat fry several fillets together at 375 degrees F. Place deep fat dried fish on paper towels to drain. The fish batter recipe of Cockney is ready to serve...enjoy the dish !

Fish Batter Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup cold Water
- juice of 1 Lemon, strained
First of all combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add liquid ingredients. Stir until smooth. This fish batter recipe makes sufficient amount for two pounds of fish fillets. Nice tasting fish batter recipe !

1. Dip moistened fish pcs proportionately but lightly in the flour. Dust off any excess flour and allow pcs to air dry on eaxed paper, about 5 min.
2. Whip the pancake mix with the club soda to the consistency of buttermilk- pourable, but not too thin and not too thick. beat in the onion pwdr and seasoned salt. Dip floured fillets into batter and drop into 425 oil in heavy saucepan using meat thermometer. Brown about 4 min per side.
3. Arrange on cookie sheet in 325 oven till all pcs have been fired.

* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk 1/3 cup flour, salt, and pepper in medium bowl to blend. Whisk in beer.Add enough oil to heavy large skillet to reach depth of 1/2 inch.
Heat oil to 350°F. Place remaining 2 tablespoons flour on plate. Coat fish with flour. Dip in batter, letting excess drip off. Fry fish until golden brown and crisp, about 4 minutes per side. Drain fish on paper towels.

San Felipe-Style Fish Tacos in Beer Batter Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Cut fish into strips about 2 inches wide and 3 inches long. Roll in the 1/2 cup flour, dust off excess. Set aside while mixing batter.
Beat together egg yolks, seasonings, beer and the 3/4 cup flour until well blended. Whisk egg whites until they resemble soft whipped cream, then fold gently into batter. Set aside. This batter holds up quite well for up to 1 hour. Heat oil in flat-bottomed wok or cast iron skillet. Dip floured fish pieces in the beer batter and carefully slip into hot oil. Fry unto fish turns a deep gold, turning so it browns evenly. Remove to crumpled paper towels to drain. Warm corn tortillas on a griddle placed next to wok or skillet. (Or in oven.) For the salsa blanca: Blend mayonnaise, yogurt and salt. Makes 1 cup. For the Rosarito salsa: Heat oil in a small cast iron pan and fry the chilies in in it until they are a deep burnished red.
This step gives the salsa an incomparable smoky flavor. Remove to paper towels and blot off oil. While the chilies are cooling, broil the tomatoes about 5 minutes, turning once. Remove cores and most of the skin. Stem chilies and break pods into pieces. Place tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and chilies in the bowl of a food processor: process until chilies are broken up into small, dark flecks. Use for tacos and over eggs. Makes 1 cup. Spread a scant tablespoon of Salsa Blanca over warm tortilla, add a heaping tablespoon of shredded cabbage and press into sauce. Add 2 or 3 chunks of fried fish and drizzle with Rosarito Beach Salsa. - 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1 3/4 c Shredded cabbage; Napa
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
- ROSARITO BEACH SALSA
- 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c Oil
- 3/4 c Beer; room temperature
- 10 Chiles de arbol
- 3/4 c Unbleached flour
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 c Canola oil
- 1/2 c Tomato sauce; canned
- 18 Fresh corn tortillas
- 1/2 ts Salt
