Deep Fat Fry Fish Batter Recipe
Ingredients
* 3/4 to 1 c. flour
* 2 teaspoon dill weed
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 tbsp. vinegar
* 3/4 c. water
Instructions
1.First of all dry fish fillets with paper towels. And the mix flour, dill week and salt together. Add in baking soda and vinegar. Add in water till right consistency to dip fish fillets. Deep fat fry as usual...very crispy ! Enjoy it !
