Deep Fry Fish Batter Recipe
Ingredients

* 1 tbsp. vinegar
* 1/2 c. water
* 1/2 c. lowfat milk
* 1 c. all-purpose flour
* 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
* 1/2 teaspoon salt (I do not use this much)
* Fish fillets, thawed (flounder or possibly perch)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Great for shrimp also. Combine first 6 ingredients, beat till smooth. Dip fish in batter. Fry in deep fat till golden, turning once. If other types of fish are used, omit the salt.
