Hadrian's Fish and Chicken Batter....a great fish batter recipe to try ....nice taste !

INGREDIENTS

• Drake's Crispy fry mix
• 1 egg
• Salt and Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix Drake's Crispy fry mix according to directions on package, add one egg, (should be about the consistency of pancake batter) dash of salt and pepper. Dip fish or chicken into batter, deep fry until done. The fish batter recipe is ready to serve....great one !
