Ingredients
* 1 pkg. biscuit mix
* 1 egg
* 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
* 1/2 c. cream
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper

* 1 med. onion, minced very fine
* 1 tbsp. parsley
* 1 teaspoon onion salt
* 2 big handfuls corn flakes, crushed
* 1 to 2 cans beer

1. Mix all together for thick batter. The fish batter recipe is ready...Coat fish in batter. Fry in warm oil till golden.

* 3 lb Fish fillets
* 2 c. All-purpose flour
* 3 c. Pancake mix
* 3 c. Club soda
* 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
* 1 Tbsp. Seasoned salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dip moistened fish pcs proportionately but lightly in the flour. Dust off any excess flour and allow pcs to air dry on eaxed paper, about 5 min.
2. Whip the pancake mix with the club soda to the consistency of buttermilk- pourable, but not too thin and not too thick. beat in the onion pwdr and seasoned salt. Dip floured fillets into batter and drop into 425 oil in heavy saucepan using meat thermometer. Brown about 4 min per side.
3. Arrange on cookie sheet in 325 oven till all pcs have been fired.

* Fish fillets, thawed (flounder or possibly perch)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Great for shrimp also. Combine first 6 ingredients, beat till smooth. Dip fish in batter. Fry in deep fat till golden, turning once. If other types of fish are used, omit the salt.
